You asked about CABLEs in Missouri - I am interested in the following family:

Joel Douglas CABLE b. Aug 1860 in MO, d. bef Jan 1920 in OK
+ Elizabeth WILLIAMS b. Feb 1860 in MO
. William E. CABLE b. Jun 1886 in MO
. Araminta CABLE b. Feb 1888 in MO
. Henry B. CABLE b. May 1890 in MO
. James A. CABLE b. Jan 1892 in MO
. Joel I. CABLE b. Apr 1894 in MO
. Homer J. CABLE b. Mar 1899 in MO
. Jerome W. CABLE b. abt 1901 in MO
. Ada M. CABLE b. abt 1906 in OK

Joel and Elizabeth married in Camden Co., MO about 1885, and are enumerated there in the 1900 census. In the 1920 census of Payne Co., OK, Elizabeth is listed as a widow so Joel died prior to January 1920. I haven't been able to find this family in the 1910 census.
