Hello. I descend from Harris Cabler (b. c1783-85 NC) and his wife Sarah Edney of Davidson Co., TN. This couple moved to western TN to Haywood Co. (1830) and Dyer Co. (1840). In late 1840s they moved to Montgomery Co., AR then found themselves in Polk Co., AR where Harris died in 1863. Sally died circa 1870 to 1877. Their known children are: a son, John Dunham, Nicholas William, Alfred Alson, Mary E. LEMMONS (my line), a daughter, Thomas H., Charlotte P. WHISTENANT, Milton and Julia L. WEAR(AGE). Which Cabler was Harris' father? Is it Harvey Cabler and his wife Eleanor or is it Frederick Cabler?
