I have Cablers in my husband's line. It goes like this.
Rachel Cabler b. July 9 1794 North Carolina
m. John Corbitt Dec. 6 1808 Nashville, Tn
d. April 18, 1871 Nashville, Davidson co. TN

Father
Frederick Cobler Name seems to have changed in spelling.
b. August 14, 1758 Culpepper VA
d. Sept 21, 1840 Davidson, TN
His Father
Christophr Cobler
b. Abt 1728 ...Virginia
d. before 1790 Rockingham North Carolina
His Father
Frederick Kabler Name changed in spelling again.
b. abt 1695 Alsace-Lorraine, Germany
d. abt 1779 Culpepper, VA

I know that I have spouses some where, I will keep checking. Let me know if this was of any help.
