The Zedikers (or Zurchers) were from Wurttemburg. Christoph Z. was the great-grandson of Kilian/Julian Z who was from Aeschi Kt Bern Switzerland. Christoph came to Philadelphia with his father Balthus Z and siblings. His older brother Johannes Zurcher settled in North Carolina. The Zarecor family of Tennessee are his descendants.

All the Cacklers I know lived in Ohio, Ind Mich Iowa. Descendants of Mary Cackler Crow lived in West Virginia.
