Hello Lars, I was happy to get your message. My grandfather. William Ira was born in Farmington, Illinois but was -in Lucas Cnty, Iowa in 1880 census as a small child. I find that his Mother, Rhoda was remarried and her name was Stewart at that time. I would appreciate any thing that you might send. William Ira had a brother, John, two years older and perhaps a brother, Willis. After W. Ira married, his first son was born in Oklahoma but a daughter was born in Washington, Iowa. If you have any records that might appy to my family , please mail to 1419 E. Broadway, Cushing, Ok 74023. I will be most happy to pay your expense of copies and postage. Thank you so much.
