I have noticed some names among the Cacklers that were in my family. My parents named a dgtr. Maxine and a son, Max, both deceased. Also, the name Chester, which was the name of my Father's brother. Probably only coincidence! My oldest brother, 83 yrs. died in September and I tried learn something from him but he only remembered our Dad's brother visiting a couple times and he did not know where. He said he remembered my grandfather talking about Iowa. I never talked to my father about his grandfather, my father died when I was 23 yrs and Ira died when I was three. I have sent for the death record to KS for William H. Cackler. Ira's death record told me no parents names. Thanks so much for your time and e-mail. Nadyne
