My Maiden name is Cacopardo and live in NY. My grandfather Giuseppe Cacopardo and his wife Carmela came to this country from Sicily in 1919. My gf came first and then later went back for my gm. They settled in Johnstown, NY where as a child I had other cousins with the sur name of DeAntonio who I believed were related to my gf's side.I am looking to connect with relatives in Sicily who I may visit at some point. I believe they came from Taormina. I have a copy of a passport somewhere that I can't find right now.
