John Caddy 1774 England

I am looking for anyone related to John Caddy, who in 1774, was a Lieutenant in the British Army Royal Engineers. Five years later, he was in St. Johns Newfoundland. He had a son John Thomas Caddy born in approximately 1774 in England. I have a lot on John Thomas Caddy's descendants and about two pages on the origins of the name which I would be happy to share. I would be interested in knowing if John Caddy had other kids than just John Thomas.
