Caddys in Dorset,England

Hallo Everyone! I am a descendant of Ann Caddy who married , somewhere in Dorset , in 1856, Henry Ears White from Bere Regis. Their son Henry Parsons White was my g.grandfather. I suspect they had two other children, James Caddy White and Elizabeth Jane White, reportedly born in 1860 and 1862 in Wareham.
If you have any interest in these links I would be pleased to hear from you, especially if you are ahead of me in finding out more about Ann Caddy. The Whites of Bere Regis had, I suspect, links with the Blackmore Vale, where there was a healthy crop of Caddys, some of whom in Lydlinch I think I have sorted out into a tree from 1565 to 1647 (32 names, from the IGI) but there were also possible Caddy families closer to Bere Regis. As and when I track down the 1856 marriage certificate, I will know more.

PS I suppose you know about the Caddy involved in the Bideford Witch trial- it can be found on the Internet using the Google search engine.
From: Robert Hillier,
Poole,
Dorset.
