Catharine CAILEY, adult in 1860, NJ

Searching for info on Catharine CAILEY, possibly of Lambertville, Hunterdon Co., New Jersey in 1860. She doesn't appear (under that name?) in Lambertville in the 1870 federal census, but I haven't yet looked for her in the 1860 census.

Catharine was a baptismal sponsor (with Timothy CONNELL) of an ancestor's sister, Anna Matilda DEVER, nicknamed Hannah. Hannah was born on 21 April 1860 and baptised on 29 April 1860 at St. John R.C. Church in Lambertville.

Hannah's parents were Patrick DEVER and Susannah HARRITY DEVER of Lambertville, lately of Mauch Chunk, Carbon Co., Pennsylvania. What relationship was Catharine CAILEY to them?
