I have been to the village near Caen in France where the Caines name originated from,
I think it is spelt Caighnes.
Looking in Burke's General Armory it gives the wording for the coat of arms as;-
"azure a bend wavy,cotized argent",it also states the origin in England as Tarrent Keynston in Dorset.
