I have an Elizabeth Cakebread in my family tree, born 1754 in Barley, Herts, I think, and married to Thomas Boutell in Cheshunt in 1776. I looked at the IGI records to see if there might be a connection, but none that I can see. I did see this wedding records, in case you do not already have this:

Isaac Cakebread, Spouse: Rachel Groves
Marriage: 19 MAY 1741, Westminster, London, England
