I thoroughly recommend this book - not because its research is flawless, but because the approach to the scholarship is straightforward and honest, it is heavily documented with primary sources is beautifully produced and a pleasure to work with. Get one!!

By the way, where have all those who started this Calcote GenForum disappeared to! Surely I didn't frighten you off!

best wishes from your Anglo-Brazilian cousins Regina & David
