Alex Colquitt lives in Australia and is the one writing the Calcott/Colquitt family tree.
Hercules Calcott came to VA before 1677, he signed the Petition to the King of England during "Bacon's Rebellion". I was never able to find his birthplace before publishing our Calcote book.
The Colquitt cousins sent me a copy of the Will of Henry Calcott written in 1650 A.D. This Will lists the underage children of Henry Calcott; one of them was Hercules Calcott.
Norman Colquitt sent me a family lineage going back to England in 1230 A.D. with the father listed as Richard Caldecote. I will be glad to share this with you.
Of course, I would love your Calcutt family tree.
Frances Calcote
