This is the info that I have in my files:

Moletta Calcote b 7 Aug 1848, d 1879, bur McBride Cemetery, Grant Parish, LA. Married Isiah McBride b 6 Dec 1848 d 1879, bur McBride Cemetery,Grant Parish, LA.
Children of Moletta and Isiah:
Buehlah, Albert, Julia Ann, Charles H.

After Moletta and Isiah died, the children were raised by Moletta's sisters.

Since MOletta and Isiah died in the same year, did they die of the same thing? Anybody know?

Also have a note that the cemetery where they are buried is Indian-White cemetery. Is that a name or a racial designation?

Think there is info on this family on one of the WFT CDs.

I gladly share info, although I sure don't guarantee the accuracy.

If anybody has info on Isiah's McBride's family, I'd sure be interested.
