Greetings Doug,

Thanks to your posting of the access information, I've printed out the articles from the East Kilbride News about Calderwood Castle. The earlier article apparently included pictures, but, as you say, they're not on the net.

I haven't confirmed that my Calderwoods trace back to the castle. My line is through John and Elizabeth (McCurdy) Calderwood, to John and Margaret Calderwood, who were the first of the line to arrive in America. Most references have John born in Londonderry, Ireland, while at least one other has him born in Little Calderwood, Scotland. More research is needed there.

So, photos are not that important yet. I'll certainly be in touch should I make that connection.
