Dear John,
You also have relatives in Australia!!! I am married to a Calderwood who decended from Alexander Calderwood. Alexander was born in 1814 along with his twin brother David. Alexander migrated to Australia in 1838. His twin brother David migrated to America in 1849. (Of which I would like trace his decendants, but have thus far drawn a blank.) I have discovered that Alexander and David had an older brother called John who was born in 1812, but I think his wifes name was Mary Baird, and they remained in Scotland.Anyway happy hunting. Regards Rosalie Calderwood
