My paternal grandfather, Thomas Calderwood, emigrated to NY from Liverpool, but I understand he was originally from Edinburgh area. Two sons, Vincent T. (84), a RC priest now in retirement in NJ, and my Dad, Richard Francis,(b. 1919, d. 1976). Two daughters, Eleanor and Patrica, deceased. I have little more information. My uncle Vincent has genealogical information but is, unfortunately, getting feebleminded, and no one thought to document his history. I have no idea if my grandfather Tom had siblings. He did marry twice, to sisters, as a matter of fact, the last one was Ellen Walsh (d. 1948)
