On EBAY there is a very old Calderwood family photo album for sale. What a great family treasure. This is not mine... I am just passing along the information..

A WONDERFUL LEATHER BOUND PHOTOGRAPH ALBUM with BEAUTIFUL BRASS CLASP HARDWARE
& FILLED WITH 40 EXCEPTIONALLY NICE TINTYPES & CARTE DE VISITE IMAGES (many
identified by first & last name)- Civil war through Victorian era
This is one of he best albums I have ever offered on ebay. The 6 1/4 x 5 1/4 inch leather “book style” album with stamped gilt lettering & decoration is great .....and the brass & cobalt blue glass clasps are intact & quite unusual .
Of the 40 images inside the album............15 are CDV & 25 are TINTYPE
Many of the images are identified by name in (light) handwritten pencil on the white page mount.
The names are CALDERWOOD , BROPHY , MULLIN & WALERMAN.
Most of these images are from the Portland & Camden , Maine area ...........I also found Boston & Davenport , Iowa. There may be images from other states ....and some may have names written directly on the image mount. I did not take out every photo to check....for fear of tearing the paper inserts.
