I am sorry, The message should have read like this:
Alexander Calderwood was born about 1810, I believe in Unshinagh which is in Finvoy Parish and Poor Law union of Ballymoney or Inchinagh which is in the parish of Ballymoney and the Poor Law Union of Ballymoney.
The families over in Ireland know of the each other, they know that they are related but do not know how. I have been over there about 9 times doing research and have contacts with each line at the present.
I know that Alexander and Margaret lived at the farm house in Unshinagh, Finvoy Parish, Ballymoney Poor Law Union.
I have pictures of the house and have talked to the decendents over there about the families.
Our Relation to the above is as follows:
John's brother was James and he is my wife's gg...granfather. We do know more about that line than John's line though.
Does the record of the marriage say that they were living in Finvoy or Ballymoney? I wonder because the marriage took place in Dervock, which is in Derrykeighan Parrish and Ballymoney Poor Law Union. I wonder if it said the parrish that Inchinagh was in?
There is another family in the Killydonnelly area which is in Rasharkin Parish. Is this your family?
Good luck on your lines, if you decend from John, you are related to my wife.
