Hi Alan,
I have traced my family back to the Calderwoods of Antrim, and my Sarah (Sally) is a sister of your Alexander.
So far I have from the 1851 census, Samuel bn abt 1800, Elizabeth 1806,
and their children Sarah bn 1829, Matthew 1831, Eliza 1833, Andrew 1836, John 1839, and Alexander 1844.
They were all from Killydonnelly, Rasharkin.
Sarah married Alexander Reid abt 1852, they had 10 children one of these was my great grandfather Alex Reid bn 1868.
This Alex married Margaret Anderson bn abt 1885, Craigs. Margarets brother James married Annie Workman.
Hope this helps
Roanne
