Rachel Calderwood Reid is the sister of my gr-gr- grandmother, Margaret Calderwood O'Neill. Rachel was born in Rasharkin October 1854. She, her several sisters, and father immigrated to Belle Plaine, Iowa in the 1880s.

In Ireland Margaret Calderwood married Wm. Moore O'Neill.
In Iowa Rachel married Wm J. Reid June 29, 1883 and later they moved to Chicago. They had at least 2 daughters.

These 2 Calderwood sisters are the daughters of Robert Hugh Calderwood and Mary Ann Bradley (died June 6, 1872 in Ireland).
