Hello Peter,

I haven't done much PA Calderwood research other than on-line census data. Beaver County Genealogical Society does have a John Calderwood b abt 1767 d 1836 (Union Reform Presb. Ch in Darlington) and Henry on 1840 Mercer Co and 1850 Lawrence Co. I believe this Henry is my GG Grandfather.(Lawrence formed 1849 from both Mercer and Beaver so next I'll be contacting them). As far as the Tyrone, Blair County area, it's about 100 miles from New Castle. "My" Calderwood line traveled alot (IL, MO, NE) so this distance may not matter. What names/dates are you looking for? Regards, Sue
