Dear Jenni,

How do you tie into this family? I am curious as the Alexander you are looking for is my great great grandfather. I have the ancestors back to 1679. I can either give you the basic pedigree or the pedigree and all the family groups. I also have two histories you may be interested in: 1) a history of Alexander Calderwood (b. 1836) and he was born in Dalmuir, Scotland and 2) a history of Robert Salmon (Margaret's father). I have a very poor picture of the Calderwood castle in Blantyre, Scotland and a little history of it. My mother's maiden name was Calderwood (she was born in Echo,Utah a small (ghost - now)town close to Coalville. I just visited an Aunt and Uncle in Coalville about a week ago and visited the graveyard where this Alexander and Margaret and many others are buried. I did take pictures of their headstones while I was there with my digital camera and can e-mail those to you also. My mother's family did alot of research on this line, even to hiring professional genealogists. I will look forward to hearing from you - nice to find another cousin!

P.S. Where do you live? I live in Nevada.
