Harry recieved awhole lot of information on the calderwoods some of it relating to virgina an a land grand bestoed to the calderwoods for fighting in the rev., war. The head of the clan in the U S was a james Calderwood married to a Catherine Mcdonald came over with Gen Braddock (read about him the gen in the french and indian wars). James died at the abattle of brandy wine. severing his new country. also he had two brother who came over about the same time one is mention in the information I have A Adam Calderwood I will try and scan this information so I can send it e-mailwrite if you would like to see it.
