pj: WAS JUST GOING TO EMAIL YOU-am going over the "calderwood letter" w/ pg. 4, as my relatives are there-thomas, jennie/jane [salina jane], anna g., helen [m], benjamin blain--thomas-1854-is my dad's grandfather; his daughter, anna g.-1882- is my dad's mother; helen [margaret] 1891, is her sister and my great-aunt, ben blain 1884-90-was their brother--thomas was married to salina jane [jennie/jane-1856-1933]& her maiden name was chamberlain--i still can't connect to the warings--must be w/ john or james m-not sure yet--don't know anything about Gen. johnson, though great aunt helen said there were johnsons on both sides of her family [calderwoods]--my great-grandfather was w/ the 113th PA. Cavalry and taken p.o.w. near richmond, va--is buried in now centre county, though raised in mifflin county--his dad, william r. johnson, married to anna otte--came up from va. or n.c. to pa. before war--can't find anything on them after that--my email, again, is matohanska@msn.com sorry about no info on a general--dj
