DEavid Calhoun

Does anyone have any information on the parentage of David Calhoun (b. abt.1750-60) who was married to Fereby (?) (or Pharibee per some sources). (I have an old court record that says Fereby.) He does not appear to be one of the PA David Calhouns nor those in CT, who were in the US by the same time.

I have confirmed through my recent research that he lived in Russell County, VA in 1786 when it was created out of counties that were formerly all part of Augusta Co., VA (Southwest VA). He was born around 1750-60 and may have been born in VA.

His son David, b.abt. 1793-97, married Eda Ayers in 1813 and lived in KY.

I can find nothing about the 1st David's parents, sadly.
Thanks for any help!
