Hi, Carl;
A lot of people have put in a lot of effort to try to locate Ann's family and lineage. Perhaps the greatest effort was put in by Roy Edwards of England, when he did the research that determined Hugh's birthdate, place, and parents.
He collected all that he could of the Bishop's Transcripts and Parish Registers of the area. He could not find any mention of an Ann Eaton, or anything close to it in spelling, in any of the records.
Even further, I know of no proof, or even close to it, that Ann's surname was Eaton.
If you could find any solid information that would show Ann's family, I would buy you a steak dinner.
Regards, ken Calkins
