Looking for more information on Mary Calkins of Lowell Mass., her husband Charles and their children. I do have the family line for her husband, Charles Pomeroy, going back to Eltweed and Margery Pomeroy who came to America about 1630.
Charles Pomeroy was born May 24, 1824, Stanistead, Canada. He died Sept. 13, 1859.
They had at least two children, born Watertown, Michigan.
Mary C. Pomeroy born May 1855.
Charles Pomeroy born 1858.
Is Mary Calkins a descendant of Hugh and Ann Calkins, original ancestors who landed in North American in 1638? (Source: information about the Calkins Family Reunion to be held in Syracuse NY April 30, May 1st and May 2nd, 2009)
