Hi. Im searching for my Callaghan ancestors who lived around Urlingford on the border of Co.Tipperary and Co.Kilkenny.
Heres what I know to date....
JOHN CALLAGHAN born c1845 married to BRIDGET ARMSTRONG born c1845 not sure where in Ireland, no info on marriage either.
JAMES CALLAGHAN/CALLAHAN born c1873 married MARGARET NOLAN born Urlingford c1879.

My Grandparents - MARGARET COADY born 1908/9 married to JAMES CALLAGHAN born 1901 Urlingford. They married in Cashel 1929 and lived in Fennor, Urlingford and Rathbeg. Both buried in the Old Mill cemetery in Urlingford,Co.Kilkenny.
I have relatives/decendents of my Callaghans living in Dublin,London and Manchester.
Also have Coady relatives who emigrated to the USA, lord knows where else in the world ? Feel free to drop me a line if you think there is a connection.
