I just ran across your msg and by now you may have the info
you were after, however I will give you the following:

Neal A. Callihan's daughter, Susana, was my grandmother.
Neal served in the Civil War at Ft. Fisher, NC as a drummer in the 3rd Co. B, 36th Regiment N.C.T. He was 16
years old at the time. Sometime later he became a preacher. He was blind for about 15 years before his
death. Even though he was blind he built the chimney
