Hello,

I have been reviewing your posts regarding your Callihan line residing in Clarion Co, 1850.

Specifically, identifying the parents of Joseph Pierce's spouse Elizabeth Callihan bn abt 1806. One point that you may have missed is that Elizabeth's mother was Isabella Bowen. The 1st daughter born to Joseph and Elizabeth was also named Isabella Pierce. This in conjunction with them being neighbors to Elizabeth's parents on the census of 1850 Clarion Co certainly appears to convince me we have the right connection.

While we may not be able to secure hard facts at this point and very well may never find them, I think the evidence is overwhelming at this juncture and should be noted as such.

I am going to make the connection in my line and if it should be disproved at a later date,..so be it. I'd appreciate any additional input you or others may have?

When opportunity presents itself I would like to travel to Clarion Co and continue my search for additional proof.

Sincerely,

Ron Pierce
Saltsburg, Pa
