I think it is possible that Elizabeth Callihan married to Joseph Pierce could be John Callihan's daughter. John Callihan's children are very poorly documented. I haven't found absolute proof my ancester John H Callihan living next door to John Callihan and Roena (1850) are father and son, but I think they are.The fact that Joseph Pierce's wife's last name was Callihan and then living next door certainly looks good.

Are the following three surnames Goff, Boggs and Wolfe connected with Joseph and Elizabeth Pierce?

I can't find my Callihan's in 1860 and 1870 census. If you see John, Nancy, William, Robert or Candace Callihan anywhere please let me know.

I will certainly keep my eyes open, thanks for contacting me. This is the first good clue I've had in a while.
