John Cam 18th Century Cutler

I am looking for any information on John Cam. I am a collector of antique bloodletting antiques and have recently acquired a fleam marked IOHN CAM. The piece is typical of 18th century construction. The blades are marked IHS with a cross above. This would suggest that Mr. Cam was affiliated with the Jesuit order. Thanks for any help you can provide. You can see the piece at
