They were married in Oglethorpe County, Georgia in 1796, Cely Martin and Jeremiah Canteberry. He is on the tax lists in 1798 or 99, then the 1800 census but I don't know anything beyond that. I was looking at the Martin family there and noticed the marriage record and that Jeremaih was on the same pages as Charles Martin in the census and tax lists. I believe they (Charles and Cely) children of Joseph Martin and Ann but I just started looking at them. Charles seems to live on the land Joseph lived on before he died, Cely is just a guess as Jeremiah was a neighbor of theirs.
