James Capehart Edgefield Co., SC 1800s

Martha E. Capehart married 1853 Washington S. Hall (Source: Family Bible of one of their sons, John Edcur Hall).This couple moved to Texas about 1854 then back to SC about a year or two after that. They eventually moved into Alabama (Randolph Co. and Cherokee Co.); however, Martha died in Whitfield Co., GA. Several of the Hall men were millers by trade so they moved about often. Martha was a daughter of James Capehart of ?Edgefield Co., SC. Does anyone know anything of James Capehart's ancestry? Some of the records I've viewed give me the impression he may have married twice during his life. Does anyone know the surname(s) of his wife or wives? Martha and Washington were my ggg-grandparents.
