Information (without documentation) that I received from Judy Swann Boone says that Christina's parents were John Caplinger and Barbara Hanks. Christina and John Swann did have a daughter named Barbara/Barbra, b. 1814, but I have no information about whether this daughter married or when she died. John and Christina had 10 children. I don't know of a niece named Christina, but John and Christina's son John (my gggrandfather) married two Gill sisters and his brother Solomon married one. I have got John and Christina's family pretty well nailed down from various records, censuses, etc.
