Hello Faith ,
Thanks for your reply, I too have the Cappleman book so I can see your connection to the family. I am from the English Cappleman line, however to date I have not been able to connect any of the Cappleman familes in England to those in the U.S.A and neither could Franklin. There are a number of Capplemans in England all of which originate in the county of Yorkshire most of them originating from the coastal town of Filey where the majority of them were fishermen.
