Josephine Cardinale in upstate NY

My grandmother was Josephine Cardinale. I know that she came from Italy to upstate NY and met my grandfather Frank Tedesco. They married, I don't know how long they stayed there before opening a bar in Chinatown, then at some point settling in Newark, NJ. They were all masons. They had 12 children. I would love to know something about my grandmother. Sound familiar to anyone?
