MY mothers family are all from St.John's and John Carnell was the first to arrive in Newfoundland from my family. The family in two genarations arrives in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I ws wondering if you have a Maude Carnell in your wifes tree. THe reason I ask is my grnadfathers aunt went to Berkely California in the 1910-1920's. Have you anything like this in her family tree?
