I was wrong in the names of my Grandfathers wives.
His first wife's name was Elizabeth. She had 2 sons
Mervin and William, two daughters Mildred and Edith.
My Grandmother was Leah Alice who had the rest of the children. Viola, Ruth, Eula Lee, Betty Rachel (my mother),
Margie, Ronald, Richard, Roscoe, and Naomi. My mother remembers that her mother died when she was 10 years old of pheunomia after the birth of Naomi. She thinks that is was 1941, but will check in the family bible to make sure.
My Uncle William (Oscar)is the only child that remains of Elizabeth's children and we have had 3 of my mothers sisters pass. My Great Aunt Lyde died approximately 1975. Mom wasn't sure on that, but says she will write all this down for me and I'll pass it on. Also, when I talked to my Mother, she said "Of course I remember Uncle Harvey!" She would like to know your mother's name.
