Tina, unless your Carrow was in Ontario, Canada, before going to Missouri, I don't think there is a connection between our Carrow's. However, I am glad you posted a message. About a month ago, I made the request that the Carrow name be added to GenForum. On Dec. 4, I was informed it would be, but if no one posted messages within the first four weeks, the Carrow page would be removed. Since it appears that your maiden name is Carrow, perhaps you would know how common this name is. I'd never heard of the surname until I discovered it was the maiden name of my great grandmother. Her maiden name was originally "Carreaux," but at some point, the name was anglicized. To your knowledge, did your surname always have its present spelling?
