Can anyone help with a census lookup for 1851. I have got a Francis Cartledge married Jane Drinkwater at Manchester in 1857 and a Jane Cartledge who married Ernest Tanner in Manchester in 1855. I believe Francis and Jane Cartledge were brother and sister and would like to know where they all were in 1851. Francis Cartledge would have been 15, Jane Drinkwater would have been 13 and Jane Cartledge would have been 10. I have information which shows that Francis and Jane Cartledge may have been born in Staffordshire but this doesn't tie in with the 1881 census. Any help or suggestions would be most welcome.
I am also trying to locate Catherine Dolman in the 1891 Manchester census. She married Francis Cartledge, son of Francis and Jane, in August 1891. She was the widow of George Dolman and may have had a daughter.
