CARTLEDGE Wales>Eng>WI>ND 1800's

John CARTLEDGE married Maria WHITEHEAD and had at least 3 children:
William Henry
Eliza
Luke (aka Louis or Lewis) b. 28 Aug 1851 in Wales. He married 18 June 1879 in Mazomanie, Dane, Wisconsin Mary PAILING and had 7 children:
John died unmarried
Leonard died unmarried
Charlotte (my grandmother)
Nora
William died unmarried
LeRoy who has quite a posterity
Myrtle Lavina

John CARTLEDGE died when the children were young. He may have been a butcher. Maria went to Bourne, Lincolnshire, Eng where her parents lived. Son Lewis loved the sea and because his homelife was unsettled signed on merchant ships when only 12 or 13 years old. Lewis somehow ended up in Wisconsin where he met and married Mary PAILING.
This is not much info but I am hoping there may be someone knowing of descendants of William or Eliza.
