Is this James Cartledge b.1810 Stoke Lane Staffordshire, England. Died 1877 in Launceston ?.
Am unable to access your site.
l am a descendant of his.
His father was William 1st Cartledge married to Mary Anne Bratt.
James who married Margaret Shearer in 1837 had a child called William b. 1845. William married Mary Jane Suitor in 1867 and had a child Elizabeth Jane Cartledge, b.1870.
Elizabeth married George William Boag in 1890.
They had a son Harold Leslie Boag who married Emily Edith Harper. A daughter was born Eileen May Boag who married Russell Charles Stephens.
l come 3 generations after.
can you help me with either James' father William 1st who l believe was born in 1784 Burslem Staffordshire. or,
the Boag or Stephens family.
