re:back on line
Hi Richard - about a year ago you responded to my request for information re the Cartledge family re my GGrandmother, Harriet Cartledge, wife of George Scholey.
I have since then learned that Harriet was born in Beighton, Derby., her parents - William Cartledge, (occupation Grinder), and Emma. Siblings : William, Andrew. Caroline, Rachel, Daniel. Uriah. There is a possibility that Harriet's father's mother's name (that sounds like a train !) was Jane.
I wonder if this adds anything for anyone, or joins any lines already being studied.
Margaret Trembath
