The document begins by reciting an Indenture of 1851 in which John Millington obtained an 800 year lease on property in Wilkinson Road, Sheffield, and we are told that John Millington has, since then, erected 3 dwelling houses and stable and coach house on the plot.

John Millington is now borrowing 700 from William Cartledge on security of this property.

The property is on the corner of Wilkinson Road and Porter Street, Sheffield
