Hi Dianne, maybe cousin?
My great grandfather was Job Cartledge, b. 6-3-1819, Portsmouth, England. d. 1904, s/o Samuel and Elizabeth Cartledge, m. M. Anne Cox.
Their son, my grandfather, was Job S. Cartlidge, [change "e" to "i" in name], b. 1866, Rockingham, NH,USA, d. 1924, in Augusta ME., where they lived most of their life, where I was born also.
This is all the informaton I have about them. I have been trying to find further info, but with no success. If you would like more detailed information on the two Jobs, let me know. If our Jobs are connected, I would appreciate the ancestors and descendants genealogy. Hope this helps. Thanks, LEE
