Hi Lee, the info I have at present is
Job Cartledge b 1799 Nottingham St Mary's, occupation Ostler, Crown Inn, m Jane Bunting Robinson and had 6 children, Job died 2 may 1849 buried Nottingham General cemetery. Also lived with and not married Alicia Kinsey and had several children with her also. From what I can find they all started out in Nottingham and moved from there, some to Australia, some elsewhere. My relative came out as a convict for stealing lead and sentenced to 7 years which at that time was the minimum for transportaton. He could read but not write well. So if you find any of your mob came from Nottingham let me know and will send all I have, which is a huge amount of just about all Oz families from this line. Dianne
