I was out searching for my ancestors graves last weekend and I was in Naruna, Hat Creek, Falling River, Rustburg,Virginia and I found the grave of William S. Carwile. I have taken photos of his tombstone at the church where he is buried. It looks as if he would be a great-great uncle to me.

I am the great grand daughter to Stratton H. Carwile - Still searching for his grave. I did find Jacob Carwile's grave (born in 1751) and John Wray Carwile's grave and homeplace (1781). It was quite exciting. I took over 168 photos. Will be glad to share.
